Candidate Profile
The Candidate Profile View provides a comprehensive interface for reviewing detailed information about a candidate who has completed an assessment. This view is accessible by clicking the "View full profile" button from the candidate modal in the assessment view or from the main dashboard navigate to Candidates section and select the desired candidate from you organizations candidate list.
Interface Overview
The candidate profile view is organized into several information cards and sections that display different aspects of the candidate's data and assessment results.
Contact Information Card
Basic Contact Information
The first card on the left contains essential candidate information:
- Name and contact details
- Communication buttons:
- WhatsApp: Redirects to WhatsApp to send a message to the candidate
- Gmail: Opens email composition to send an email to the candidate
- LinkedIn: Searches for the candidate on LinkedIn
- Generate Message button: Opens a modal to modify a message and select between WhatsApp or email
- Message can be written manually or generated through AI using the Generate Message button
- Assessment score
- AI fit score (if available)
- Additional candidate details:
- Salary expectation
- Reference checks
- Action buttons:
- Request Reference Check
- View Resume
- Reject Candidate
Assessment Details Card
Assessment Information
The second card shows information about the assessment:
- Position details:
- Name of the position
- Position role
- Location
- Assessment timeline:
- Date started
- Total time taken
- Completion date
- Assessment settings:
- Configuration parameters established during assessment creation
Anti-Cheating Monitor Card
Security Information
The third card displays security and anti-cheating information:
- Security check results ensuring candidate transparency
- Screenshots from video monitoring (if camera was allowed during tests)
AI Analysis Tools
AI Analysis
- Generate AI Conclusion button (top right): Uses AI to assess candidate information and test results
- Provides a fit score
- Creates a detailed conclusion about the candidate

Sharing Tools
Multiple buttons for sharing and exporting candidate data:

Share Candidate button: Generates a link that can be shared with others
- Configurable to show only required information
- Sections that can be selected:

- Assessment results (and each test individually)

- Candidate information can be modified:
- Show/hide: photo, email, resume, phone, location, salary expectation, assessment score
- Edit: email, phone, location, salary expectation
- Add/modify conclusion or AI-generated content

Skills Map
A flowchart visualization of the candidate's skills:
- Shows all skills in a visually appealing way
- Indicates which skills relate to the position
- Displays experience duration for each skill

- Seniority
- Probability of being a top performer (low, medium, high)
- Job hopper probability (low, medium, high - refers to likelihood of changing jobs)

At the bottom of the profile, all tests completed by the candidate are displayed:
