Customize your Job Position through four configuration steps:

1- Job Details​

Job Settings​

  • Job Title: Define the position title
  • Language: Select the primary language for the position
  • Job Model: Specify if the position is hybrid, remote, or on-site
  • Location: Indicate the city/country where the position is based
  • Default Currency: Set the currency for salary information
  • Requested Salary Timeframe: Set the payments timeframe(Yearly, Monthly, Weekly, Daily, Hourly)

  • Define what the position entails
  • Option to generate job description using AI

2- Pre-assessment Questions​

  • Add screening questions that appear before the main assessment
  • Use these to gather additional candidate information or establish minimum requirements
  • Sample questions are offered for the user to use in their assessments
  • Auto rejection can be configured in this questions to reject candidates based on their response, open the auto rejection configuration by pressing the icon next to the question

3- Candidate Information​

  • Resume Upload: Request candidates to submit their resumes
  • Request Salary Expectations: Gather candidate salary requirements
  • Phone Number: Request the candidate to submit their phone number

  • Welcome Message: Customize the introduction text that candidates see when starting the assesment
