Overview

Creating an assessment position is a three-step process designed to help you find the ideal candidates for your job openings. This guide will walk you through each step of the process, providing detailed instructions and best practices.

Starting a New Position​

From the main dashboard, you have two ways to create a new position:

  1. Navigate to Open Positions and press the Create Position button in the top right corner:

Or use the Create Position button in the top left corner of the dashboard:
  1. Once you press the create position button, a modal will open offering three different choices.

  1. To create an assessment you must select either Start from scratch or Select from Template

Assessment Creation Process​

The position creation workflow consists of four primary steps:

Start from scratch​

  1. Personalization
  2. Test Selection
  3. Settings
  4. Review

Select from Template​

Choosing this option will open a modal offering different templates to choose from, this templates contain pre-selected tests fitted for different positions.

After selecting the desired template the rest of the creation progress continues the same way as before, the only difference being that the first step now is the test selection, this way the user can review the tests added by the template.
