Integration Options

Our assessment platform provides multiple integration options to seamlessly incorporate candidate assessments into your existing recruitment workflows. These integration methods allow you to customize how candidates access assessments and how the system connects with your other HR tools.

Invitation Methods​

The simplest integration method is sharing direct assessment links:

  1. In the assessment view, click the "Copy Invite Link" button
  2. The system generates a unique assessment URL
  3. Share this link through any communication channel:
    • Paste into emails
    • Include in job postings
    • Share in messaging applications
    • Add to applicant tracking systems

Embedded Button​

Integrate an invitation button directly into your website or application:

  1. Click the "Invite" button in the assessment view
  2. Select the "Button" tab
  3. Customize the button appearance:
    • Text label
    • Color scheme
    • Size and styling
  4. Copy the generated HTML code
  5. Paste the code into your website or application

iFrame Integration​

Embed the complete assessment experience within your own application:

  1. Click the "Invite" button in the assessment view
  2. Select the "iFrame" tab
  3. Configure iFrame parameters:
    • Width and height
    • Border styling
    • Default behaviors
  4. Copy the generated HTML code
  5. Implement the iFrame in your application

Using Calendar Integration​

  1. Select a candidate in the assessment view
  2. Click the "Schedule Interview" option
  3. Choose available time slots
  4. Add team members as needed
  5. Send the invitation directly from the platform

Troubleshooting​

Common integration issues and solutions:

  • Ensure the assessment is active and not expired
  • Verify the link is complete and not truncated
  • Check that the recipient has the necessary permissions

Embedded Button/iFrame Problems​

  • Validate HTML code implementation
  • Check for JavaScript conflicts on the hosting page
  • Ensure proper CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing) settings
