The candidate management system provides powerful tools to organize, evaluate, and track applicants throughout the assessment process. This guide covers the interface options, filtering capabilities, and candidate profile features available in the platform.

- Ideal for teams that prefer a visual workflow
Compact View
A condensed version of the Kanban view that displays more candidates on screen simultaneously.
Features:
- Smaller candidate cards with essential information
- Drag-and-drop functionality preserved
- More candidates visible without scrolling
- Perfect for managing larger candidate pools
List View
A tabular format that emphasizes data and sortability over visual pipeline management.
Features:
- Spreadsheet-like interface with sortable columns
