Understanding the Dashboard

Once you've created a parser, you'll see them in your Open Positions dashboard.


Using the segmented selector on the top left, you can filter the cards to only show parsers:


Parser Cards

Each parser card displays important information:

The three tags at the top of each card reprensent from left to right:

  • Status: The status can be Active or Draft
    • Active: Parser is currently in use
    • Draft: Parser has been created but isn't fully set up
  • Language: The parser language
  • Job Model: Hybrid, Remote or On-site

The rest of the information in the card:

  • Total Candidates: The number of resumes processed
  • High Matches: Candidates with high matching scores
  • Created By: The team member who created the parser is shown on the bottom left

Viewing Parser Results

  1. Click on any parser card to open its detailed view.
  2. You'll see a list of all candidates with their match scores.
  3. Candidates are automatically ranked from highest to lowest match.
  4. By pressing the three dots button located at the right of each candidate a menu will be opened that will offer different options.
    • Resend invite to candidate
    • Send a whatsapp reminder to the candidate
    • Schedule an interview
    • Change candidates status
    • Reject the candidate
    • Open the candidates profile to view their detailed information

Here you will be able to add more resumes to the parser, edit its settings, view its current job description and more.

Understanding Match Scores

Match scores are calculated based on how well a candidate's resume matches the selected job model:

  • High Match (85-100%): Excellent fit for the position
  • Medium Match (70-84%): Good fit with some gaps
  • Low Match (Below 70%): May not meet key requirements
